Great quality and finishes. I haven't used it in vitro or fire yet because I use electric kettle. I have some doubt about the temperature of the thermometer compared to another analog, but it does not vary much more than 2-3 °C. The thermometer has measurements in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
I put a hit on it that may or may not impact you depending on the use you're going to give it.
It's a pity you can't control grade-to-grade temperature with the thermometer as it goes by ranges of 10 and 5 in 5. In my case I need exact measurements because I use it to make coffee recipes in Hario V60, Chemex, etc., Where you need to be more precise with water temperatures Type 84 °C, 92 °C, etc.
