A: Dear friend. This is a Tuya ZigBee switch module, which need extra Tuya ZigBee hub when you pair it. Please check if you pair the ZigBee gateway to app.
4. Can I control it when I am on vacation or on business?
A: Yes, you can control it by app anywhere and anytime, please don’t worry.
5. Does this smart switch have power failure memory function?
A: Yes, it has.
6.Can it work as a ZigBee repeater?
A: No. It cannot work as a repeater.
7.Why does the bulb flicker?
A: Please check if you installed the resistor close to the bulb of L1. We suggest that you use the bulb over 10W. It is more stable.
8.Why this switch module doesn’t response after I install it?
A: Dear friend, this is a no neutral wire required light breaker delay, please kindly check if you connect right wires to it. Please check if you connect the L, L1 and the switch lines as our wiring diagram shows. If the bulb is over 10W, please install the resistor close to the bulb of L1.
