    Seller is super quick to answer questions I had about using the phone and shipping was really fast - the item came in weeks before the original estimate date! Phone has a difficult time getting service - so far have not been able to get any in an area with 3 bars but overall pleased with the item and will probably order another as a gift soon as it is beautiful. The instructions do not come in English but a simple way around this is to download an image translator app. Also warning if you have a SIM the PUK code is provided by your phone provider, your SIM card will be locked if you don’t know the PUK and enter an incorrect one. Also note that the preset password on the phone is 1122 :).

My storage card didn’t work, I would insert it and it would keep saying “please insert card”. So I can’t take any photos or add contacts which kinda sucks! I’ll just have to buy a new one.
