Charge it, download the app, and it walks you through the basics an viola, it's ready to roll. Second; installation was a breeze. Simple screws and that's it. Attractive and complimentary to the exterior of my house. Third; the instructions included in the box shows step by step directions on how to articulate the camera. The capabilities of this camera are just amazing. 180 degree panning, and motion sensing capability, night vision that is as clear as day time, and two way voice intercom.
