Lens:
1) With high clear convex lens light provide uniform brightness, strong penetrating power and no astigmatism.
2)Latest hyperboloid optical lenswhich divided to 2 parts, low beam and high beam will pass through different parts of lens, improve the brightness of 30%.
Solenoid: Strong and powerful magnetic solenoid to allow more light through the lens, improves the lens performance and illuminate further down the road.
Reflector: Metal reflection cups and anti high temperature provides the bi-led lens with longer lifespan.
LED Chips:
1) Using advanced high luminous LED chips and technology ensure the lens get a more focused beam pattern with brighter lighting output.
2)6 LEDs at high low beam + 3 extra LEDs at high beam.The3 extra LEDs at high beam through the small convex lens making the highlights super focus and illuminate 30% further down the road.
Cooling System: With high quality cooling fan and aluminum heat dissipation module, high efficiency heat dissipation. Fast speed ball bearing fan but with much more silent sounds and reliable quality.
Perfect Beam Angle:
–Low Beam: With obviously tangent, wide angle design,accurate focus point.
–High Beam: Accurate focus length, long spotlight, no astigmatism.
Light Output: Create a properly distributed and wide beam pattern. The cutoff line is nice and sharp, perfect beam pattern without blind zone and dark spots.
Easy Installation: This bi-led projector lens bracket is same as Hella 3R G5 bracket. It is easy to replace the original projector lens.

1. This bi-led lens is without shrouds, if you need the 3.0 shrouds for this kit, please check my following link and choose the one you prefer, thank you!
