Q1：Why can’t my watch turn on？

A1: Please place it under sunlight directly for about 15 minutes to replenish and power up if the watch is out of power when opening the box. As during storage and transportation, there is no lights to supply.

Q3: Why the compass is not inaccurate?

Note

When battery power is low, the system prohibits compass function. If enter compass mode, press A key and low power icon L level flash for 5s and can’t enter calibration mode.
