Charge it, download the app, and it walks you through the basics an viola, it's ready to roll. Second; installation was a breeze. Simple screws and that's it. Attractive and complimentary to the exterior of my house. Third; the instructions included in the box shows step by step directions on how to articulate the camera. The capabilities of this camera are just amazing. 180 degree panning, and motion sensing capability, night vision that is as clear as day time, and two way voice intercom.

My camera just showed up today. Ive been messing with it all day. I hooked up the solar panel and even on a cloudy day in the shade, it still charged a bit. Picture quality is clean 1080. Functionality is very responsive. Night vision is strong and clear. I can also listen with the built in mic and even that is crystal clear. I am very happy with this camera so far. Battery life seems to be pretty great. Its battery only loses about 10% over night and stays at 100% every day it. Very impressive and easy to install. I think i will add more in the future. Motion detection works great. Was a bit sensitive at first, but after tinkering with the settings in the app, i got it to ignore traffic and sense people. Highly recommended.

The solar panel big, and with six batteries, my camera should be able to survive even the longest period of grey days in the Pacific NorthWest. The remote panning and tilting control was just a bonus! The six 18650 batteries means it should absolutely never run out of power. the solar panel worked really well, even in indirect sunlight - even in the winter, when there was very little direct sun, it would often show maybe 1/3 of a full charge for weeks on end. Both are solid choices.

Was looking for an outdoor camera and decided to try this one because it had some good reviews. First of all, I must say that the picture quality is awesome. The app is also done well. I can move the camera to almost whichever angle I want to see what i want to see. The voice is quite helpful to shoo away pesky cats that come into our yard. Didn't think about doing this before we had this camera. So overall, this is a great buy and I'll probably grab a few more to install in other places around the home. I'm so thrilled that I no longer have to recharge the Arlo batteries. Taking out the ladder to grab those Arlo cameras to recharge is a pain I'll surely never have to endure again.
