This says ‘bottle cage” in the title but I have now reviewed the photos and the bottle is actually strapped down so you can’t get to it without stopping the bike. I can see no way to attach a normal bottle cage, it is also very flat and does not bend to greater curvatures. This would seem suitable for holding a phone or battery pack on a relatively flat bit of frame. That’s it. I will update if I can think of a way to achieve more.
