    I pc spoilt. Ask replacement but over 1 months - nothing. Open disputes twice & closed ruling not in favor buyer only want replacement. Seller again procrastinate time again not sending replacement. Making me a fool to do what seller to login to add on to cart $1 token then confirm but don't make payment only then it will generate a order ID to send the replacement. Many attempts still to no avail. Ms Archille/ Customer service agent swear enough to help & very certain seller will abide to it or be debarred by Aliexpress. Now what's reputation when truth walks on crooked legs? No replacement. I'm upset not that this bad experience but i'm upset that those with authority do nothing to allow seller to cheat on buyer with underhand trickery, made-belief dealing. My trust has been betrayed. I thought they're upright people. I really doubt so.. beware my good people, you might be dealing with dangerous sellers if not wolf!

    The seller didn't activate the return with free of charge, because there was no button with this function. And he knew it, because I told it him in the first time. He preferred to follow with the same that did not help me.

    I expected more from the seller to help me with my purchase, but he didn't try to resolve my problem in an effective way.

    And now, I lost my money, because he preferred to do nothing.

    I do not recommend him.

    I give up of disputing his case.

I checked with the post office 3 times but still the seller wanted me to wait more than 100 days till I was able to open a dispute. I am losing confidence in aliexpress as a platform in general, 40% of the items do not arrive
