Receive parcels:

Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence,If the parcel damaged or empty(stolen),please ask the post office to provide official document ,especially the claim request paper .and please take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.

Payment :

the cost of return or lost parcel would be on buyer due to reject the customs clearance,we don’t accept dispute of customs problem.

    The product arrived in perfect condition, it came very well protected and with all its accessories, it took a little longer than I expected, but despite that I give you 5 stars, the seller always answers although sometimes it takes a little while to do so, But it's understandable because of the time difference and that you may have other things to do.
