    Kong 9 is a good rugged android phone. It is a chunky thick phone. I compared it to the LG V60. So far, the Kong 9 has almost kept up with just about everything I did on the V60. As far as looks go. I've had multiple people asking about it. The rear screen is good with touching. It sometimes feels a little laggy. The cameras are good but not on par with the V60 or the Note ultra. The battery life is good. Charged it on 7/4/23 to 100 percent. At 8:42pm the next day. I am at 78 percent battery life. My only issue with this phone is it only come with a EU charger. So charging it with another charger from the U.S.A. took almost 5 hours. The Good= Great battery. Screen it bright. Good processor. 120Hz refresh rate. Tough build quality. Works with T-Mobile and AT&T on the US. The Bad= No 5g. Laggy screen touches on the rear screen. No optional plug for different regions. Phone is heavy. Not many options for rear screen display. This is just off of my opinion and review of this phone.

It would have been nice to toss in the smart watch as a thanks for waiting almost a month to ship. For the poor service, I would never recommend this company. As for the phone, I have been putting it through the paces and it exceeded my expectations. The numerous bad reviews seen here made me question keeping the phone. Yes, it is very heavy, but otherwise a solid phone. My first test was to see how long the battery would last. 13 hours before it dropped to 99%. This was with WiFi, NFC, and Bluetooth enabled. Once the SIM is installed, the battery depletes much quicker. About a day will eat up 50% of the battery. I have not had any lag issues, nor screen problems. It boots faster than most phones I have ever used

    1.-For the store; Personally I did not know that we include an excellent screen protector and I bought a separate one, it was a very pleasant surprise for me, and I believe that mentioning it in the product description will be beneficial.
    2.-Clients; I really recommend buying a phone that makes gamer cell phones look like a gameboy, my laptop like a notebook, and that seriously rivals my PC for a cost of 12% approx. In price and beats you in processor.
    Finally, I strongly recommend customers to activate the memory expansion in configuration, so that they have all the potential, I advise you since the battery is large capacity.
