The parcel to Almaty went exactly 2 months. The packaging was whole. When unpacking, there was a problem with the drone body, namely the top cover, blue, was not correctly inserted. Fortunately, I managed to insert everything into the groove without breaking it. On the complete set everything came, as I ordered. Already tested,-flies perfectly! Recording in 4 K makes. Quality satisfied. I took a set with a bag, two batteries and a 64 GB flash drive.

After a small problem with the gimbal cable which was pinched and cut, remotely analyzed by the store team, today, I received the spare gimbal cable, it is in place, the drone works correctly, initialization ok, movement up and down of the camera ok, signal camera too

Product arrived properly. I was taxed, having to pay extra R$ 290,00. Believe was due to weight, because bought with extra battery. Case you buy extra battery piece separate package or buy later the drone, not to risk because the package came with 1.500G, thus decreases the chance to be taxed. The drone is the best value currently, great stability, technology and reliability, especially for beginners. Worth.

super fast delivery, arrive in less than 10 days after ordering. thank you. i ordered the foam box version n the packing was disappointing. drone n remote control loose to hit each other when thrown about during transit. seller also forgot to send the user manual.
hope other buyers do not have same problem.
fortunately drone was tested to operate properly.
