Before Installation Notes

Tips 1: Test before installation

When testing, do not remove any protective film or tags. Please pay attention to the problem of static electricity.

Before attempting any repair, be sure to ground yourself is an ESD (electro static discharge) strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the electronic components within the phone.

Ensure you wear eye protection and use caution not to cut your finger with the glass splinters.

Tips 2: Simulates testing

Screen replacement is very fragile product. We strongly suggest test before installation. Please simulates testing, which means mobile phone apart, (motherboard + LCD or screen) connected audio cable and new replacement, power on, test finished. If test OK, please install it. If it can not show, please contact us at the very first time. And please do not force it to be installed in mobile phone. We will not be responsible once the screen is installed.

Tips 3: Do not over-bend cable

Please make sure LCD cable Do not over-bend. Over 90 degrees bent will cause black display.

(2).You find the item is damaged when you openning the parcel.show the back for the lcd,we have a logo in the back.

(3).You find the item don’t working when you are testing,and you haven’t install it.

(4).You get wrong colors or models.

(5).You haven’t received the items after the effective delivery time.

Below Conditions Are Not In Warranty:

(1).You didn’t test the items before install it.

(2).The product was broken, but you can’t provide some pictures of the damaged outer packaging.

(3).No-working or damaged because of incorrect installation.

(4).You have used the items.

(5).You have not received the package because you left a wrong address or phone number.

(6).Product exceeds warranty time—3 Months. Products damaged due to human reasons are not covered by the warranty.

3.We only have one set of tools for all packages. If you have purchased multiple screens and need more sets of tools, please make a note in the order or send a message to us. The number of tools are at most the same as the number of screens.
